We have two distinct service models that cater for a wide variety of businesses.
The first is what is called break-fix. This is where you purchase a number of support tickets which are then redeemed as and when required. Economies of scale allow you to save money by purchasing a greater number of support tickets.
The second option is intended for companies with the requirement for an enhanced level of service and additional reassurance that they will not be caught out by IT issues which could have been picked up in advance.
This type of service is called remote monitoring and management and can include workstations, servers and network equipment.
Each device is charged for separately on a monthly basis providing you with the flexibility to cover your whole network or just your critical systems. This also allows you to budget your IT expenditure.
Our team will proactively monitor your computer systems with the intention of addressing potential problems before they arise.
As part of the RMM service we provide unlimited remote and on-site (when deemed necessary by us to resolve a problem) assistance.
Further to this our remote monitoring and management service is backed up with a service level agreement. Standard or enhanced response and resolution times are provided depending on your requirements and are agreed upon during the course of us becoming your ICT partners.
